Recently, I went to Cafe Benelux, which is a Dutch restaurant located in the 3rd Ward of Milwaukee. I got their spinach, mushroom, and chevre omelet with goat cheese and basil pesto. The omelet was light from the egg whites along with a rich flavor from the pesto and sharp goat cheese. I took one bite of my omelet and wow, so delicious. I can't wait to come back soon.
