kai ramen is my go-to spot to get my favorite type of ramen which would be dipping ramen or sukumen this is a casual restaurant and they have multiple locations in the six to six area they offer a wide variety of different types of ramen we got the takoyaki to start my boyfriend got the crispy fried chicken ramen just to try a little something different and i of course got my favorite, which is the Sukumen. With Sukumen ramen, the noodles are separate from the broth and the broth is really deep, rich, and flavorful. You eat it by grabbing some noodles, dipping it in that broth, and there is your perfect bite with a bit of chashu and egg.
