Dog Friendly Locations in Vancouver Part 1. We took our pup on a walk around Olympic Village and finished the day off at Tap and Barrel. There was about a 30 minute wait for the patio, but it was well worth it. Just look at that view. We ordered a couple drinks, some food, and everything was great. The happy pup was just chilling.
