I have officially found my new favourite cheese and wine spot in Edinburgh. We headed to Element on Rose Street for their cheeseboard and a bottle of wine, which is recommended to us by our server, and it was delicious. We also had their stunning, homemade sour d for catcher on the side, which I highly recommend. It was the perfect place for relaxed evening, a good chat, and a little cheesy treat.
