Look at that baked oyster with the golden broiled top, then the shrimp getting lifted straight out of the jambalaya. Plus the whole place has this dark neon voodoo bar vibe. Ocean Prime is for the full on upscale seafood moment. You've got sushi rolls, a herb topped crab cake, and then this shrimp cocktail rolling in under a cloud of dry ice smoke.
