I can't believe I waited so long to do this in Edinburgh. The Scotch Whisky experience is an absolute must-do. We went for the Silver tour, which includes a guided experience and a tasting of a single malt at the end. Honestly, our guide absolutely made it. He was so knowledgeable, so passionate and full of facts. The interactive elements were a really fun way to bring the story of whiskey to life. Definitely didn't feel like a typical tour at all, a lot more immersive. The tasting of the whisk at the end was fantastic, and you actually get to choose this based on your flavour preferences from the scratch and sniff card, which was a very cool touch. If you live in Edinburgh or you're planning a visit, you definitely need to try this.
