If you're walking through the arts district and craving something fun, colorful, and totally plant-powered, Tacotarian is one of those spots that pulls you in before you even look at the menu. Inside, it's bright and playful, the kind of place where you immediately start planning what you'll order and what you'll photograph. I went for the taco platter with the veggie, asada mushroom, and asada. Three totally different flavors, all bowed in their own way. It comes with rice, beans, and a side salad, so it feels like a full spread. I added chips and salsa and a margarita flight because if you're here, you might as well make it an experience.
