@jenniferthefoodie's Review of Bacari GDL - Glendale, California

Come with me on a friend date to Pacari Glendale. We had reservations at 6 and made it to their happy hour. Their non-alcoholic drink selection did not have much variety, which was a bummer. We got their hunter's mac and cheese and added lobster and crab. It was okay, nothing amazing. Next, we got their papal shima shrimp. It was fresh and well-seasoned. Their shawarma tacos were definitely my favorite dish of the night. The bacon and double cream free pizza was good, but came out super late. The bread pudding was so soft and warm and the ice cream on top definitely completed this dish for me. Overall the food was good but a bit overpriced for what you get. The happy hour prices definitely made it a bit more worth the try.
