Come along with me to make my own bottle at Pursuit Spirits. They start you out with a tasting so you can pick your favorites to put in your bottle. You can do a blend of the barrels, but you don't want to mix rye and bourbon. I did a mix of two bourbons. It takes a little bit of practice to get good at it and you might get a little messy. Here's my cute little bottle. You write your own label so you know exactly what you put in it. then you put it through the machine and it puts a pretty label on it. Here's mine and my fiance's. Don't forget to stop by the gift shop to buy bottles and merchandise. They also have a really cool bar in the basement. It's called Trial and Error. They have a huge cocktail menu, obviously a bunch of bourbon, beer, wine, and some snacks too. Pursuit Spirits is located in downtown Louisville on Whiskey Row.
