Do you have a dish that lives rent-free in your mind? For me, it's the pasta and uni truffle omurais from Noah's Cafe. This restaurant serves amazing cocktails in a cozy, moody space worth visiting for the drinks alone. But the real star is their Japanese food with a twist. Every dish is a flavor bomb. I'm already thinking about when I can go back.
