Finally made it to Kuremen after hearing so many people talk about it. Honestly, the decor alone already makes you feel like you stepped into a little ramen spot in Japan. But the real question was, does the ramen taste as good as the vibe? And the answer is yes. Both ramen we ordered had such rich, flavorful broth, comforting, creamy and packed with depth. I also love that they let you customize your spice level with different... Housemade hot spices perfect if you like your ramen with an extra kick. you can really tell their ramen was carefully developed. Kiriman's founder studied and absorbed the essence of Japanese ramen to create a unique and rich bowl. And honestly, it shows in the soup. Service was excellent too. Friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of those places I would come back to when I'm craving a comforting bowl of ramen in Vegas. Have you tried Kiriman yet? What's your favorite ramen flavor?
