You know, a lot of times I'm sure people ask where can we find the best varapao in Vancouver, but the real question we should be asking is which one is the best varapao? Mumbai just launched like six new varapao and it was my personal responsibility to report back and let y'all know which one is worth. It's hard work, but someone's got to do it and I love y'all and that's why I put my life on the line for you every single day. And after this grueling, sacrificial task, I can proudly say that I do have a favorite. It's the Szechuan Vara Pau. You might think it's a little bit blasphemous as it's such a stray from the OG, but it's the perfect creamy balance to everyone's favorite snack food. I also want to give a special shout out to the Ulta Vara Pau because it's the size of my head and look at this class in innovation. They literally took the potato sandwich, flipped it and reversed it. Of course, I had to keep myself hydrated. So I had the lime mojito, which has a little bit of cumin. And the rose falada is basically childhood.
