Melbourne, Backstreet's back at Backstreet's Burgers, one of the most unexpected elite burger places hidden in the West. Hype not required, but absolutely necessary because every bite here fits. The burgers are stacked, properly loaded with insanely juicy beef or fat pieces of crispy chicken, and the bacon, hot twist, it's halal, but you genuinely wouldn't question it. I still can't believe the tenders are gluten-free either. It's one of those meals where everything just lands, including the leftovers. Nothing and no one here is an afterthought, I promise.
