Hey, I stopped by Shea Steaks in Philly. A new contender in the cheesesteak arena just got to Claudio showed me his operation. Nothing's ever been frozen. We cook with butter. We don't put it on the grill until you order it. They put butter, they cut it, and it stays up steaming hot. Fries, onions, everything's fresh. We don't know in the freezer back here. You can come back. They're cutting the onions, the peppers, that's all the cheeses, slabs of meat. So, it's fun. These are gourmet cheesesteaks. You can choose from prime rib, filet mignon, and other premium cuts of meat. The meat was well seasoned and very flavorful. Ordered a prime rib cheese steak topped with delicious onions on seeded bread that tasted fresh out of the oven. And the service was amazing. Definitely check this place out. Good man.
