Welcome back to my series, What's For Dinner Tonight, where I show you how to make no-stress dinners that hit every time, episode three, spicy maple soy chicken. That's definitely a banger. All right, so first I'm seasoning some chicken thighs with some soy sauce, maple syrup, spices, and a little lemon zest. Now for the sauce, you want to melt down some butter, add in some garlic, some soy sauce, maple syrup, some rice vinegar, and a spoonful of chili crunch oil. Then just finish it off with a cornstarch slurry to thicken it up. Next, you want to air fry the chicken. Chicken at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. Once it's done, toss it back in that sticky, sweet, and spicy glaze. Now you can serve this over rice and veggies, and that's for dinner. Follow me for more fire recipes.
