@hungere-for-diy's Review of Little Green Cyclo Bistro - Brisbane, California

Have you been to Little Green Cyclo in Brisbane yet? They just had their first pop-up over the weekend and I can't wait to share. We were first greeted with some mimosas made with happy mousse juice, which was the perfect start. And from there, we tried a bunch of drinks, including a Vietnamese coffee tamarind twist that was tart, refreshing, and made with coffee ice cubes so it never got watered down. And my favorite had to be the Vietnamese coffee with mango sticky rice. Yes, they turned a classic dessert into a drink. And it totally worked. Plus their strawberry matcha latte was creamy and bold, definitely high quality matcha. And I also recommend the hojicha lattes, both regular and strawberry, which were rich, toasty, and had just the right balance. And if you're hungry, they've got you covered. The hubby got the Saigon Wagyu beef hot dog, which was loaded with flavor and had a really good kick. And I went with the kaya toast, which had sea salt on top, so you got that perfect sweet and salty combo. And since it was opening weekend I got to spin their wheel and won some super cute prizes and before we left I made sure to grab a few of their canned coffees to enjoy at home. Definitely check them out during the week and weekends and show them some love.
