So y'all I've been trying to get more fruit in my diet because hydration comes from fruit. Fruit is packed with water and vital nutrients that our body needs. So there's this place not far from my house called Modern Berry Co and I've never tried it. So today I'm checking out one of their fruit yogurt bowls. So I did a create your own berry bowl and mine includes gogi berry, passion fruits. sliced almonds dates coconut flakes almond butter raspberry blueberry and granola with an akai base this is what i have for breakfast and it was so delicious honestly i don't usually do fruit bowls and don't usually get full off of stuff like that but this particular bowl was big and it filled me up i was i was good with this and some tea so check out modern berry y'all you
