I just found one of the best casual spots for Italian food. Finale Pizza recently opened in Ballantyne, and they focus on scratch-making everything, from the focaccia in this appetizer to the croutons for their salads. You can expect quality ingredients and thoughtfully paired flavors. The New York-style pizza is cooked at high temperatures, ensuring just the right amount of crunch in their crust. And the pastas. The spinach and chicken rigatoni have the best balance between the lemon zest and pecorino cheese. I couldn't get enough. The penne alla vodka had a delicious hint of spice and the chicken cutlet was breaded and cooked to perfection. The wings are showcasing the new sweet onion barbecue sauce and the entree salad was light and tasty topped with tender chicken. I can't wait to go back.
