What if I told you a great omakase experience is waiting for you inside a train station? Well, buckle up because we're headed into the Moynihan Food Hall to try out Yono Sushi. Some of the best hidden-gen sushi spots in Japan are actually in train stations, which is why I was so excited about Yono Sushi. I just had a feeling it was gonna be amazing, and I was right. I got to try their 13-course omakase, of which 9 courses were nigiri. Each piece was delicious, they had all the good stuff, including toro, which was one of my favorites also known as fatty bluefin tuna i'm also obsessed with hand rolls so this was another one of my favorite courses on the menu for sure this was truly such a fun experience we sat right at the bar so i got to see everything in action including getting to see the whole bar being taken up everyone around us seemed like they were enjoying the sushi just as much as i was and i have to give a shout out to our chef andrew he was so personable and explained every piece he was giving to us i honestly can't recommend yono sushi enough so you guys have got to go check it out
