Hey, on my recent trip to Paris, I got to try some of the best cafes. Here are two popular spots. First up, Les Dume Gots, a place frequented by people like Anthony Bourdain and even Ernest Hemingway. I tried real hot chocolate, which was unbelievable. Put it over a tiny dish of sweet cream with the perfect fluffiness. I could have sipped on this chocolate delight all day. I didn't even think about my coffee. I mixed it with the croissants and raisin danish. Dipping is the way to go. You've got to try this. The croque madame here is also pretty tasty. and the tables and relaxed ambience allows for all-day people watching. Next up, right next door was Café de Flore. I went the next day. I also got a hot chocolate here, a cappuccino. The chocolate was a little bit thinner and the whipped cream wasn't as fluffy as La Duma Go, but I thought their cappuccino was much better. I also had a fluffy omelet. I recommend coming just for the drinks and pastries.
