No cars are allowed on this island. This is Mackinac Island in Michigan and you can only get here by a ferry. They take care of your luggage and make sure it arrives to your hotel and this place has been car-free for over 100 years. Once you get to the island, you can only get around by horse and buggies or ride a bike. Every corner there is a fudge shop so it makes the whole island smell insanely good and most of the island is actually a state park so there's tons of hiking trails. The water is so blue and clear and it's perfect for swimming in the summer. Now make sure you go a grand hotel it's home to the world's largest porch that's over 660 feet long it literally just kept wrapping and wrapping around it's perfect for taking photos there's so many cute shops cafes and restaurants and trust me the sunsets here are insane save this spot for your next vacation
