While in Vegas, I took my big back to the Wynn Buffet. I ate and drunk so much that I closed all three of my fitness rings just walking to the buffet. The inside is open and airy. The table sizes are pretty decent, and you're not too close to your neighbor. Now for the food, Mexican Street Tacos. They had an Asian-inspired menu. Look at those dumplings. I was there for the seafood. Lobster claws, no crab legs, shrimp. They actually had a Louisiana crab bowl. It was okay. Could be a little better. They had caviar, y'all. Caviar at a buffet. That's not your thing. You can get some pork ribs. You can get some sushi, some truffle, pork belly, and grits. You know me. I started with some seafood. The snow crab legs or the clarified butter was a thumbs up. I went back, got some prime ribs, some lamb, some grilled chicken, some filet mignon. I was stuffed, but I made some room for some dessert, creme brulee, cheesecake, strawberry shortcake, some gelato. It was so good. This was a 10 out of 10 experience.
