This is the largest buffet in America and I mean a large. This restaurant is 110,000 square feet and the buffet stretches over 200 feet long. This is Shady Maple Smorgasbord in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. I came for dinner and let me tell you, it is a food lover's theme park. I had to wait about 30 minutes just to get to the buffet, but once you're in, it's game on and you can eat as much as you want. They've got everything from beef brisket that literally melts in your mouth to fried shrimp, salmon, ham, veggies, pastas. a sunday bar cakes and all types of drink options the list goes on it's 24.99 a person but you can actually eat free on your birthday they close at 8 p.m but at 7 40 they started to pull food and people were diving for the cake like it was black friday so if you want the full experience without the food grabbing more i suggest to get there around 5 to 6 p.m
