Gluten-free pastry never looked this good. I found this cute pastry shop in Lyon. Everything is 100% gluten-free. I ordered the fondant noisette intense. It's moist and buttery and perfectly balanced with the noisette taste. I was so full after that that I had to take the rest for to go. The tartelette framboise had fresh raspberry with a creamy filling with the graham-style cookie. This pastry was made with coconut and fresh mint leaves which make it sweet but also fresh.
