Hey guys, I found this cute sushi bar in Lyon that has gluten-free option. I started with this creamy algae salad. It was a nice touch to make it creamy. I then went for raw salmon with lemon, which was very fresh. I then went for my favorite one, avocado salmon sushi. It was refreshing and creamy. I then finished with the avocado salmon with sesame seed, which was neutral taste, but as good. That's it for today.
