I'm here at H Mart to celebrate the AAPI Heritage Month. Not only can you buy groceries here, you can also enjoy a dining experience at the Marketplace Eatery. I made my way to Sogong Dong Tofu House, where the menu is filled with tempting options. I opted for a healthy bowl and selected a mixture of vegetables and different flavors. To compliment my meal, I went to snow time. I got an ube boba tea. As I enjoyed my dinner, I couldn't help but appreciate the culinary traditions represented in the dishes around me. It's a testament of the rich tapestry of the Asian and Pacific Islander heritage.
