Hello Dreamers. Come with me to go to Rasa, a fast casual dining restaurant based right out of the Washington DC area. You can make your own bowl or in my case, I'd rather all you need is love, which was vegan and it had beets. Of course, I grabbed me a young coconut. Don't tell my mom I like beets.
