Have you been to Rocco's Ice Cream Tacos in Santa Clara yet? This place is named after Rocco, who has a very boobable nose. I first tried Rocco's Ice Cream Tacos when they were just a truck. I haven't had a chance to try this storefront yet, so I was really excited. I also didn't realize that they sold breakfast and coffee here, so I'll definitely need to return one of these mornings. Here's their tried and true menu. If nothing appeals to you from here, you can always DIY your own tacos from all these different various ice cream flavors. They have a regular size and a tiny size. You're gonna want the regular size, trust me on this. First your waffle shell gets stuffed with ice cream, then into the nitrogen just for a few seconds, then dipped in chocolate and topped with your toppings and dropped into nitrogen one more time. I love that the ice cream tacos actually came on a little taco rack. I couldn't wait to try these. Maybe it's because these ice cream tacos are assembled right in front of you but everything about them was so fresh. The waffle shell had that perfect crisp. The ice cream was delicious and the chocolate and pieces of pretzel that topped everything off was perfection. These are definitely the best ice cream tacos I've ever had and I can't wait to come back.
