Is this the best food hall in Southern California? Look at the variety. Look at the vibes. This is Windmill Food Hall in Carlsbad, California. We tried three different food stalls. First up, Cosmo's Burgers. Of course, trying their signature, well, Cosmo Burger, paired with their tater tots and onion rings, this hits the spot. This was a proper smash burger. Absolutely delicious. 9.5 out of 10. Next, Rolled Up. Trying one of their signature burrito rolls, the Caterpillar. We love Iru Nagi. All the ingredients were so fresh. Wish there was a little bit more. but no regrets getting this one. 8.5 out of 10. Last but not least, we got their signature lobster roll from the lobster lab. Buttery brioche buns stuffed with lobster and butter to drizzle. The lobster to bread ratio was a bit off. Wish there was a little bit more lobster, but the taste was there. 7.5 out of 10. There were so many more stalls to try. We'll definitely have to make some more weekend trips down to the area.
