In 2003, the founder of the 85-degree bakery cafe, Mr. Wu, visited the cafe at the Five Star Hotel. While he enjoyed the pastry and drink, he realized that the price was set way too high for the people to enjoy. That's how 85-degree journey begins. Today, 85-degree has all over 1,000 locations all over the world. 85-degree is the best temperature to make the coffee. Now I can enjoy my favorite 85 degree coffee and pastry all over the California and Las Vegas. Love it!
