I had amazing experience at downtown kazu in Las Vegas. What is kazu? It is a Japanese deep-fried pork chop. Their deep-fried pork chop made from the scratch. It was incredibly delicious. Perfectly captured their Japanese style favorite. The quality of the food and attention to detail, it represents Japanese kazu really well. Not only with the food exceptional, but the service was also top notch. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. If this is your first time, they will show you different dipping sauce for different food. I left the restaurant feeling satisfied and eager to return again. Tauntaun cuts were definitely your hidden gem. Place is small, doesn't have too many seats, make sure you arrive early. See you next time!
