@travelcindy's Review of Silverado Steak House - Las Vegas, NV

I recently visited Silverado Steakhouse at South Point Casino and unfortunately I can only give a three-star review because the experience was marred by the lack of staff resulting in a long wait time between the service. From the moment we sit down to the moment our dishes come out takes about an hour and a half and to make the matter worse I ordered a medium rare lamb that was undercooked. Kind of raw actually. It had to stand back for cooking a little bit longer. Additionally, my scallop with spinach was overcooked and overly sweet, which was very disappointing. Despite those issues, the ambience and potential are there. I do hope that they can improve their service and food quality in the future. Maybe I will come back again and give a try.
