Burn Street Wine Bar and Kitchen in West Palm Beach is a unique farm-to-table restaurant in an equally unique setting. This building used to be home to an art gallery and the team did a great job maintaining that vibe by building a stylish dining room and the space alongside the artwork. You can see the magic happen in their scratch kitchen as soon as you walk through the door and this sets the tone for the incredible dishes to come. We got things started with the King Trumpet Mushroom and a white wine sauce. This came highly recommended and the flavor is outstanding. Then came the Wagyu Meatball and a spicy tomato sauce. I crushed this. so good. Next came the Spanish octopus and grilled gem lettuce. I loved how intentional each of these dishes were composed to bring out unique flavors. So well balanced and delicious. Finally came the wood-fired vegetables perfectly charred and served over hummus and the star of the show, the Wagyu steak. I had the eight ounce bavette cooked to a perfect medium rare and the flavor was incredible. You need to try this. We ended the night with their cast iron s'mores with graham crackers to dip. Simple and delicious. Everything that we tried was top-notch and our server did a brilliant job recommending wine. Check out their page to learn more and to make your reservation now.
