@adventureswithgi's Review of Restaurant Meliora - Seattle

Come with me to try Ross High's sibling restaurant, Meliora. Meliora recently opened its doors in Capitol Hill, and their menu is new, American-inspired, centered on sustainability. Their restaurant was formerly the historic Canterbury Ale House, and you can find some of the original designs still intact, mixed with the restaurant's modern twist. There were so many great dishes, but my favorites had to be the king salmon and forage mushroom risotto. I loved the coconut milk in the risotto, it made it very creamy, and the salmon was so tender.
