@ocneats's Review of Smōk Barbecue - Denver, CO

Smoke opened their first location here in The Source in 2018. Since then, they opened up in Junction Food Hall over on Colorado Boulevard and a really nice one up in Fort Collins. What they're doing here is barbecue, but not your traditional. So it's got Kansas City style with a Texas influence. They brought me a little sampling of what they're doing here. We're going to start with the wings because you guys know I love my wings and these wings are absolutely in the conversation from Best in the City. Now, I just kind of want to stay here and just finish all these wings. But for you guys, I'll keep eating. The burnt ends here are exceptional. I got to go there next. And they have sauces if you need them, but I don't think it needs any sauce. Just melts in your mouth. If you've never had burnt ends, this is definitely a place you want to come try them. They know what they're doing here. Their pork ribs are great. I love these. Falls right off the bone. Got a nice rub on it.
