@silver-young's Review of Lao Kitchen - Spring Valley, Nevada

I believe I found the best Lao food in Las Vegas and it is that Lao kitchen. This place is truly authentic and I feel like I was transported to Laos as I savor every bite. My must-try dishes are the papaya salad, cucumber salad, nam thok, nam khao, Lao sausage, prawn pork billy, steamed salmon billy, and fried fish with noodle wrap. All were incredibly flavorful. You have no idea. But really, every dish I tried was five out of five. My favorite dish though has to be the soup. I believe it's called Kanu Mai. It was so delicious I couldn't get enough of it. If you're ever in Vegas and craving some authentic Lao food or just looking for some place to try out, look no further than Lao Kitchen. And when you go, ask for my buddy Kola who happens to be a Lao rapper. Yes, not like me. I only rap egg rolls.
