Let's continue with corn shawamushi. The shawamushi is Japanese. This plate is prepared in three layers. And the bottom is the dashi. Dashi is prepared with corn and mussels. The next O in medium is ikura. Ikura is a salmon raw or salmon eggs, skewed in corn liquor. And the top is uchepo cream. Uchepo is a traditional tamale from Michoacan. It's prepared with tender corn. It's a creamy corn. For final plate, I am a beguete. Olive oil and put it with vanilla.
