here's a vegas spot you won't want to miss this one's in the cosmopolitan resort and casino it's called lardo which is what i felt like after eating all of this delicious food in vegas this is their take on the french dip it's called the pho wrench dip so i am dipping it in pho instead of au jus there was a hoisin sauce it was shredded beef it was so delicious and then they had these truffle fries that were outstanding definitely Try this spot if you get a chance.
