i recently had the opportunity to try papi's puerto rican cuisine in north charlotte i loved everything from the ambiance to the decor it was all very family oriented and very puerto rico the first dish that i tried was the pollo guisado which is the chicken stew and it was muy sabroso very flavorful broth and very tender marinated chicken the next dish that i tried coming up here is the mofongo con pollo which is basically fungo with chicken and it was mashed green plantains very good
