I am so amazed at how incredible this vegan Truffle Mac and “Cheese” from Willow is! The best part is the truffle-y crispy top layer with bac’n, chives, smoked paprika, and toasted panko 🤪 I’m not vegan, but I REALLY loved this dish.

The Donut Pub is an amazing allergen friendly donut shop in NYC! Having a peanut allergy makes it really difficult to find safe bakeries, but I was thrilled to learn I could eat EVERYTHING here!

Found my favorite turkey sandwich in NYC! This is the Turkey Club (I get it without bacon) from @thesandwichshopbk 😋 Turkey, Swiss, Mesclun, Avocado, Tomato, and Russian Dressing on White Pullman Bread. Highly recommend!

Such a wonderful time at @elcoyote_foresthills celebrating Cinco De Mayo! This place brought the PARTY! Not pictured: people standing on their chairs to dance and cheer 😂 I ordered a Sangarita (half margarita, half sangria!) and the Chicken Fajitas.
