You've got nigiri getting torched, fried rice flying in the wok, spicy mayo going on the roll, then straight into salmon sashimi and neat little nigiri pieces. At Aromas del Peru, this sizzling seafood platter is seriously a whole scene. You can see grilled octopus, shrimp, calamari, lime, and crispy yuca.
