This one surprised me. Okay Komodo Miami is bringing the full sushi lunch spread. You've got crispy rice topped with that creamy scallion mix. Then this tuna roll with avocado layers sauce, caviar, and ginger on the side. Like, look at that close up. Chat o Matt Miami goes straight into the show with sushi getting torched tableside, then the Nigeri platter comes through with salmon, white fish, scallop, tuna, jalapeno, and an edible flour garnish.
