Mariscos El Charco, it's just a truck on Alum Rock Avenue, but they make everything right in front of you. Start with the Botana El Charco. This is the real deal. Okay, El Jardin tequila bar on Santanaro is coming in hot with loaded chicken nachos. Then look at that birria getting lifted straight from the consomme. And yeah, that stacked soap with crema, cotija, radish, and salsa verde. Such a solid spread. Save these on Atmosfy.
