Wagyu is being served everywhere, but a lot of places don't do it justice. This newly opened Japanese pot does it right. They bring out wagyu's full potential, letting the natural flavor shine. My absolute favorites were these bite-sized wagyu temaki, so heavenly, and a rare beef katsu curry, which I never seen before. And don't miss the super refreshing lime udon. I can eat this every day.
