Milteroo is a new restaurant which recently opened on Rose Street in Edinburgh's new town and it focuses on South Indian inspired food. The interiors are absolutely stunning. It's bold, it's colourful, and there's two hand-painted murals, which are amazing. The food was full of flavour and the mocktails were also delicious. this is definitely one to add to your list.
