For Cowboys Red River, do not skip the tequila shots. All dance floor, no filler. It looks like just a bookstore in Bishop Arts. Walk past the shelves to the bar in the back, at the wild detectives order in Old Fashioned. low-key serious drinks. Deep Ellum can be a lot on a Thursday. This place cuts through the noise.
