So we were walking through Hoboken. Wait, is that a giant ramen bowl? No, I had to get this black garlic tomkosu ramen dish. It was so good. And let me tell you something, that pork broth was so creamy, and that garlic wasn't overpowering. This shuyu topped with a piece of pork, piece of chicken, and a piece of fish cake. Couldn't stop myself. I was looking for good shuyu. This is the place you can find it. This is the first time I've seen a cherishu pork bun. Had to get it. Class.
