you never really know what you're gonna run into in the french quarter at night one minute it's just another quiet street and the next it looks like something straight out of a movie and sometimes it actually is they film all over new orleans and every now and then you'll just walk right into it cameras lighting fog rolling through the streets and suddenly the whole quarter feels different it's one of those things you can't really plan you just have to be there when it happens
