Nashville Eats, local legends by Atmos Fee, part two, hot chicken. Party Fowl and Donaldson, start with the dry rub wings. Good move if you want range. Prince's Hot Chicken near Broadway. Go for the three whole wings. Not the classic move, just straight up Prince's. At Prince's Hot Chicken Shack South, okay, this is the kind of shot you stop scrolling for. You get those deep red wings packed with seasoning, crunchy edges, and pickle slices sitting right on top. Then it cuts to the tray with crinkle fries and hot chicken up close, and hoo, you can really see that crisp breading and the oil-soaked bread underneath. Big Shake's hot chicken and fish comes in hot right away, like no buildup at all. The camera is straight on that Styrofoam box with fried wings, crinkle-cut fries, and pickle slices, and the first few seconds really show off the crisp coating and that classic Nashville hot chicken combo.
