Melbourne. Coppersmith Hotel got the burger night assignment and made it their own by making it a make-your-own burger night every Wednesday. For $19 it starts off simple, but then suddenly you're building it your way, stacking flavours, adding bacon and creating something that might have you stressing a little come catch all day. But it's all part of the fun. The pre-game sides are on point. Nailing both the food and the vibe, it's a place you'll keep coming back to, especially with the high chance of a surprise golden retriever sighting. I promise.
